NY Times — Rangel’s Ex-Aide Will Run Against Him — 10-13-2009

Representative Charles B. Rangel, whose personal finances are the focus of a Congressional ethics investigation, is suddenly facing another problem: one of his former aides is running against him in next year’s election.  The aide, Vince Morgan, now a bank executive, announced this week that he was planning to run against the congressman in the Democratic primary.
